Order and delivery information

Average delivery time

Once an order has been placed, our processing time is 1 to 3 working days. During the week we usually process orders within 1 working day, but if an order is placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched, and the average delivery time is between 5 and 15 working days, depending on your location and the courier service. In exceptional cases of delay on the part of the courier, the maximum delivery time may be extended to 30 working days.

How to place an order

  • Go to the product page and add the item you want to your basket by clicking “Add to basket”.
  • Check that you have selected all the available options correctly (size, colour, etc.).
  • Click on “Checkout”.
  • On the details page, enter your address details correctly and check all the information carefully before proceeding.
  • Click on “Continue to delivery” and confirm the details you have entered once more.
  • Click on “Continue to payment”, choose your preferred method and click “Complete order”.
  • You will be redirected to your chosen payment platform — follow the steps provided to complete your purchase.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free of charge. Our products are delivered directly to your door.

Dispatch of your order

Your order will be processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 working days. Once collected by the courier, delivery usually takes between 4 and 10 working days. In exceptional cases where the courier is delayed, the maximum delivery time may be extended to 30 working days.
