Returns policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that, at present, we do not offer free returns. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

How does the returns process work?

Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info.ameliaforyou@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed by our customer service team and, once the issue has been confirmed, we will contact you by email with the following options:

  • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
  • Keep the product and receive a voucher worth 60% of the value to use on future purchases.

Are returns free of charge?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse (abroad).

How long do I have to return an item?

Once you've received your order, you have 30 days to arrange a return.
